Requirements
- Track record leading complex projects from concept to production launch
- Experience driving development timelines and internal review processes
- Familiarity with PCB material selection, PCBA, BOM selection, assembly and rework
- Experience driving quality and schedule with multinational JDM/CMs and suppliers
- Knowledge of ultra-high speed signal testing
- Ability to capture, analyze, and present manufacturing test data
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing conditions
