Requirements
- Track record taking complex hardware from concept and prototype through NPI to high-volume manufacturing
- Deep experience with PCBA manufacturing, assembly processes, test, process development, yield and quality
- Familiarity with PCBA assembly and rework processes and component-level manufacturing considerations
- Significant experience working with multinational JDMs, CMs, suppliers and manufacturing partners
- Understanding of manufacturing challenges for high-density, high-power, high-speed compute systems
- Skilled at analyzing manufacturing and test data to improve yield and drive corrective actions
