• Experience developing recruitment, education, enablement or co-marketing programs
• Ability to translate goals into pilots with measurable outcomes and repeatable, scalable approaches
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with marketing, sales, partnerships, product and operations
• Ability to adapt programs across markets balancing global consistency with local needs
