Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in extended workforce, contingent workforce, procurement operations, or workforce operations
- Client-side experience designing, implementing, and improving extended workforce processes, systems, and operating models
- Experience scaling workforce processes, systems, automation, reporting, and service delivery, including VNDLY or similar VMS
- Understanding of worker classification, co-employment, tenure, location, access, and data protection considerations
- Ability to build trusted partnerships across Procurement, Finance, Legal, People, Security, and business stakeholders

- Hybrid - 3 days per week in office
