• Independently managed complex procurement engagements through post-signature execution and closeout in land, leases, power, colocation, or fiber
• Can assess supplier engagements for ambiguity and exposure and recommend practical improvements
• Understand contractual obligations, payment structures, and procurement controls and translate into execution plans
• Can prioritize time-sensitive engagements, navigate ambiguity, and resolve cross-functional dependencies
• Communicate risks and tradeoffs clearly and influence senior stakeholders without formal authority
• Built repeatable processes using procurement, contract management, and ERP systems and operational data
• Delivered workflow automation or AI agent solutions with measurable results with reliability and controls
