Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years in technical operations roles like SRE/NOC resolving production issues
- Deep familiarity with monitoring, alerting and observability for distributed systems
- Proven experience leading incident response for high-severity outages
- Strong scripting or software engineering skills, e.g. Python for automation
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems fundamentals
- Strong cross-functional communication with engineering and non-technical stakeholders
