- 8+ years in technical operations roles such as SRE/NOC resolving production issues in mission-critical environments
- Deep familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and observability for distributed systems including SLIs/SLOs
- Proven experience leading incident response for high-severity outages including coordination and post-mortems
- Strong scripting or software engineering skills to automate tasks and integrate tools
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems fundamentals
- Effective cross-functional communication with engineering and non-technical stakeholders
