Requirements

• 6+ years in customer support, user operations, ads operations, Trust & Safety, risk operations, escalations or related field
• Ownership of high-impact customer or advertiser cases
• Strong investigative judgment translating ambiguous signals into clear next steps
• Synthesize data trends, feedback, QA findings and service metrics into priorities
• Improved support processes, knowledge bases, escalation workflows, routing or quality programs
• Comfortable using AI tools and automation to reduce manual effort
• Build trust cross-functionally and communicate clearly and empathetically
• Thrive in ambiguity, learn quickly and manage competing priorities
