Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience including developer infrastructure or tooling
• Hands-on experience with Bazel, Buck, Pants, Gradle or similar build systems
• Experience building or operating CI systems at scale
• Comfortable writing, debugging, and operating production platform software
• Ability to debug distributed build and CI failures across containers and infrastructure
• Strong cross-team communication and pragmatic approach to platform adoption
• Passion for developer experience and applying AI to developer infrastructure
