Requirements

• 9+ years professional backend software engineering experience building and operating production services
• Track record shipping complex product or platform capabilities customers depend on
• Experience providing technical leadership for substantial initiatives and coordinating delivery across teams while hands-on
• Strong proficiency in a backend language such as Python, Go, Rust, Java, or C++
• Experience designing distributed services, APIs, and data models with reliability and scalability tradeoffs
• Experience building authorization, permissions, or enterprise governance systems
• Strong product judgment and communication skills turning ambiguous needs into technical decisions
• Track record owning production systems and improving security, testing, and observability
