Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating production backend, platform, or distributed systems
• Strong fundamentals in API design, data modeling, storage, transactional workflows, and event-driven architecture
• Experience building systems where correctness, reliability, observability, security, or data integrity are critical
• Comfortable owning ambiguous, business-critical problems from definition through launch and operation
• Product-oriented mindset focused on simple, trustworthy experiences for external and internal users
• Clear communicator who partners closely with Product, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Data, and GTM
