- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills including operating models and product P&Ls
- Strong business judgment assessing financial performance, opportunities, and risks
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for senior leadership
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Familiarity with digital advertising business models
- Hands-on mentality with comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Enthusiasm for AI deployment and OpenAI's mission
