Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related field
• Established external network and record of building trusted relationships
• Experience originating, negotiating, and growing complex partnerships
• Ability to identify valuable opportunities and clearly articulate why they matter
• Ability to quickly understand a partner's business, audience, incentives, and concerns
• Curiosity about technology and ability to identify relevant product applications
• Strong judgment around trust, rights, safety, reputation, and sensitivities surrounding AI
• Effective communication with senior external partners and internal product and technical leaders
• Ability to lead effectively across functions including when priorities are not aligned
• Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments balancing strategy with hands-on execution
