Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Operations, Finance or related field
• 8+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management or infrastructure supply chain
• Experience sourcing major infrastructure systems, industrial equipment or large capital projects
• Proven experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with strategic suppliers
• Strong understanding of supplier qualification, contract strategy and performance management
• Experience partnering with engineering, construction, finance, legal and operations teams
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, negotiation and executive communication skills
• Experience with HV/MV substations, transformers, switchgear, UPS, e-houses or modular data centers preferred
