Requirements

• 4+ years leading technical support engineering or software engineering teams, ideally high-scale
• 8+ years in technical support engineering or software engineering
• Experience leading highly skilled engineering teams and empowering senior ICs
• Deep technical experience in application development or infrastructure with operational systems strength
• Strong cross-functional partner able to influence engineering and product roadmaps
• Automation-first approach with track record scaling support impact via AI and tooling
• Thrives in ambiguity, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on technical depth
