Requirements

• 12+ years in technical support engineering, software engineering, customer engineering, site reliability, infrastructure or related technical field
• 6+ years leading technical support, customer engineering or software engineering teams in high-scale, security-sensitive or fast-moving environments
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience
• Experience supporting government, public-sector, regulated or security-conscious customers
• Strong technical depth across SaaS, APIs, cloud infrastructure, authentication, networking, observability or distributed systems
• Record of developing experienced technical teams and balancing customer outcomes with team health
• Experience leading critical incidents and customer escalations with senior stakeholders
• Ability to influence Product and Engineering priorities using customer insights and operational data
• Systems-oriented approach using AI, automation, scripting or internal tools to scale support
• Excellent written and verbal communication on technical, security and compliance topics
• Collaborative, mission-driven approach grounded in integrity, humility and discretion
• U.S. citizen, U.S. national or U.S. person status required
