Requirements
- 5+ years in vendor/BPO operations management, support operations or partner performance leadership
- Proven vendor governance including QBRs, SLA/KPI design, escalation paths and remediation plans
- Experience with workforce planning, forecasting frameworks, capacity models and staffing strategies
- Strong analytical rigor using data to define assumptions, evaluate tradeoffs and drive outcomes
- Familiarity with support tooling like Salesforce Service Cloud and scalable process implementation
- Strong communication and executive presence aligning stakeholders and driving accountability
- Comfort building structure in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
