Requirements

• J.D. with 12+ years of progressive tax experience, ideally across law firm, accounting firm, financial institution or high-growth multinational (LL.M. a plus)
• Broad tax expertise advising across commercial, product, financing and international business matters
• Significant experience with structured finance, capital markets and complex financing transactions including debt, equity, credit and asset financings
• Experience reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements and translating tax issues into contractual positions
• Experience supporting international expansion, cross-border operating models and large-scale infrastructure arrangements
• Strong financial acumen with ability to distill complex issues for senior business leaders
