Requirements

• 8+ years leading complex technical programs, infrastructure delivery initiatives, or large-scale operational programs
• Experience leading highly cross-functional programs spanning engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, construction, infrastructure operations, or New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Strong understanding of integrated program management, dependency management, critical-path planning, and risk mitigation
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems, including critical power and cooling equipment for hyperscale data centers
• Experience supporting supply planning, manufacturing operations, supply chain operations, or deployment planning for complex infrastructure programs
• Experience developing executive dashboards, governance mechanisms, operational KPIs, forecasting models, and scalable program frameworks
• Strong systems-thinking and analytical skills connecting technical, operational, manufacturing, and business dependencies
• Experience influencing senior technical and business stakeholders without direct authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presentation experience
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent, high-priority programs in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
