Requirements

• 8+ years in technical program management, manufacturing operations, NPI or related field
• Experience leading complex hardware from development through qualification, ramp and sustaining
• Experience working directly with ODMs, JDMs, contract manufacturers and factory teams
• Technical familiarity with servers, networking, rack-level systems or complex hardware
• Strong understanding of manufacturing readiness, capacity, quality gates and change control
• Experience managing cross-functional programs across engineering, supply chain and operations
• Experience leading manufacturing escalations through root cause and verified resolution
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain or related field
