Requirements

• 8+ years driving high-impact technical programs in program management or adjacent role
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows supporting user operations or support organizations
• Experience across CRM systems, routing engines, and adjacent systems
• Proven ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery through operationalization
• Strong technical fluency across APIs, integrations, event-driven architectures and Salesforce
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Revenue Operations, Security and Enterprise Platform teams
• Experience in SOX/SOC2 environments with SDLC, QA, release management and governance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills communicating priorities, tradeoffs and risks
