Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, strategy and operations, product operations, technical program management, Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, Ads or Monetization Operations, or a related field.
• Deep familiarity with ads ecosystems, advertiser risk, or high-stakes scaled operations.
• Proven ability to take complex, ambiguous, cross-functional work from problem framing through launch and scaled operation.
• Strong organizational and execution skills; able to manage many moving pieces while staying focused on the decisions and risks that matter most.
• Strong operational judgment and systems thinking—able to design operating models that scale beyond manual review.
• Experience building trust and driving alignment across Product, Policy, Engineering, Sales, Legal, Support, vendors, and other partners without direct authority.
• Comfort using data and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks, prioritize work, measure impact, and inform tradeoffs.
• Technical and analytical fluency to reason about dashboards, data flows, tooling gaps, automation, and failure modes, even if you are not writing production code.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex risk tradeoffs, decisions, and incomplete evidence to operational, technical, policy, and executive audiences.
• Experience with launch readiness, QA programs, workflow automation, vendor operations, or AI-assisted operations, with strong judgment around safeguards and responsible deployment.
