Requirements

• Deep understanding of system architecture and resilient distributed systems including analytical workflows
• Extensive production experience with continuous deployment, high availability, observability and security
• Curiosity and hands-on experience integrating and evaluating LLMs in real-world workflows
• Strong collaborative mindset thriving in multidisciplinary environments
• Clear communicator translating technical complexity into actionable decisions
• Passion for user experience and product thinking
• Proficiency with Claude Code and other AI engineering tools
• Proficiency with Python, Kubernetes and AWS
• Fluent English, written and spoken
