Requirements

• At least 4 years in DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure
• Owned production systems including multi-tenant or customer-specific environments
• Deep fluency with Kubernetes, AWS, GitOps, and infrastructure-as-code
• Hands-on operator with high engineering standards and pragmatic decisions
• Experience balancing speed, security, cost, and reliability at once
• Bonus: operated under SOC2, HIPAA, GxP or similar compliance regimes
