Requirements

• Deep, hands-on production experience running Kubernetes at scale
• At least 5 years in DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure
• Owned production systems including multi-tenant or customer-specific environments
• Strong fluency with major cloud (AWS preferred), GitOps and infrastructure-as-code
• Hands-on operator who balances speed, security, cost and reliability without over-engineering
• Wants to lead, own outcomes and set standards for infrastructure decisions
