Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent lab experience in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Control Systems or related field
• Hands-on instrumentation and controls experience, preferably low-voltage 24VDC wiring and controls enclosure fabrication
• Experience wiring and integrating mass flow controllers, pressure transducers, solenoid valves and thermocouples
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, redlining schematics and building to print
• Experience selecting electrical supplies, wire/cable and enclosure components
• Experience with digital multi-meters, volt meters and current measuring devices
• Experience with Lock-Out-Tag-Out safety practices
• Strong attention to detail, record-keeping and task documentation
• Comfort wiring digital and analog I/O devices and controls fieldbuses
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving startup and research-oriented lab workflows
