Requirements

• JD with active U.S. state bar membership in good standing
• 5+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience negotiating complex commercial technology agreements
• Deep familiarity with data privacy and security frameworks and experience negotiating DPAs
• Experience with infrastructure agreements including compute procurement strongly preferred
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner with sales, product, engineering and executive teams
• Clear communicator who translates legal concepts for business and technical audiences
• Hands-on, low-ego, collaborative style comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace
