Requirements

• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience selling to small and mid-sized organizations, with 2+ years directly managing quota-carrying Account Executives
• Track record of meeting or exceeding team revenue targets in a high-growth environment
• Experience hiring, ramping, and developing sellers
• Experience coaching teams to generate pipeline through outbound and product-led signals in a high-velocity motion
• Strong command of Salesforce, pipeline management, and forecasting
• Background selling technical products, ideally AI, data, or infrastructure
• Comfort operating without an established playbook
