Requirements

• JD with active US state bar membership in good standing, California preferred
• 15+ years law firm and/or in-house experience in complex commercial litigation
• Deep knowledge of litigation practice and procedure with strong case outcomes
• Experience representing emerging technology companies
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner with technical teams
• Clear communicator able to translate unsettled law into business advice
