Requirements

• 12+ years producing events including large hosted events, sponsorships, and field programs, ideally in-house at a technology company
• Built or led an events team
• Owned large budgets, agency relationships, and vendor contracts
• Negotiated sponsorships and evaluates sponsorship deals
• Ran executive speaking program including stage selection and speaker prep
• Knows production including run of show, staging, AV, registration, staffing, security, and permits
• Built event attribution and tracked brand sentiment and ROI
• Partner with Sales, Product, Comms, Brand, Finance, Legal, and executives
• Power user of AI tools
• Willing to travel internationally
