Requirements

• 4+ years in technical onboarding, enablement, implementation, solutions consulting or customer education
• Proven experience designing and delivering onboarding and adoption programs live and self-service
• Strong facilitation explaining complex AI concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences
• Technical fluency with permissions, connectors, models, credits, workflows and integrations
• Strong diagnostic judgment for education, readiness, process and configuration blockers
• Data-informed mindset using usage data to drive adoption and measure impact
• Cross-functional ability with Success, Sales, Product, Marketing and Support
• High ownership in fast-moving environments
