Requirements

• 4+ years in technical onboarding, customer enablement, implementation, solutions consulting or customer education
• Designed and delivered onboarding, training or adoption programs across live and self-service formats
• Strong facilitation and communication explaining complex AI concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences
• Technical fluency guiding permissions, connectors, models, credits, workflows and integration concepts
• Strong diagnostic judgment identifying knowledge, readiness, process, configuration or technical blockers
• Data-informed mindset using product and usage data to drive adoption and measure impact
• Cross-functional operating ability with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Marketing and Support
• High ownership operating effectively in a fast-moving environment
