Requirements

• 6+ years in global mobility with ownership of cross-border moves and immigration casework
• Working fluency in US employment-based immigration plus UK, EU, or Canada work authorization
• Strong analytical skills with spreadsheets and HRIS reporting and defensible modeling
• Risk judgment including escalation to Legal and flagging classification or permanent-establishment exposure
• Excellent written communication for policies, letters, and executive recommendations
• Comfort with ambiguity, high volume, and shifting priorities
