Requirements

• 8+ years in workplace business operations, corporate real estate, facilities programs or related field with multi-site program ownership
• Record delivering office buildouts, relocations or capital improvements as internal owner accountable for scope, budget and schedule
• Experience driving forecasting, variance analysis and translating portfolio data into investment recommendations
• Experience building planning, governance, performance measures and systems that help a growing function deliver predictably
• Ability to secure commitments and resolve competing priorities across teams and vendors while communicating credibly to senior leaders
• Hands-on ownership moving between portfolio trade-offs and project details with sound judgment under pressure
