Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience with deep Enterprise Sales hiring
• Experience working at a high-growth startup
• Track record as go-to recruiter trusted with a sales leader's most important hires
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for sourcing, screening or candidate engagement
• Fluency with varied ATSs (Ashby preferred)
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Proactive, flexible with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
