Requirements

• 6+ years in internal, executive, or corporate communications, ideally in high-growth technology
• Experience building a communications function from scratch, not just maintaining one
• World-class writing and editing, including executive ghostwriting and all-hands
• Proven change-management instincts delivering complex company-wide news while keeping trust
• Sharp judgment under pressure with fast, kind, high-quality decision-making
• Comfort advising and challenging senior leaders with strong vision
• Deep familiarity with corporate comms rules and when to break them
• Comfort using AI tools and articulating where and how you use them
