Requirements

• Working towards a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with Go, Rust, or C/C++ through coursework or projects
• Interest in infrastructure, distributed systems, or backend engineering
• Has built and finished a personal project beyond class assignments
• Currently enrolled at a Serbian university or self-taught with strong passion
• Comfortable working in English in a collaborative environment
• Thrives in a high-performance, fast-paced environment with direct feedback
