Requirements

• Strong foundation in machine learning and statistics
• Coursework or projects in information retrieval, ranking or recommender systems
• Experience with Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow or JAX
• Familiarity with offline metrics or A/B testing is a plus
• Experience in search, recommendation or NLP is a plus
• Self-driven, curious and comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Experience with Rust is a plus
