Requirements

• Strong foundation in machine learning and statistics with coursework or projects in retrieval, ranking or recommender systems
• Experience with Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow or JAX via academic, open-source or personal projects
• Currently enrolled at a Serbian university or self-taught with strong passion for software engineering
• Built and finished a personal project beyond class assignments
• Self-driven, curious and persistent with ownership mindset and comfort in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable working in English in a collaborative professional environment
• Experience with Rust is a plus
