Requirements

• 10+ years as an IP paralegal with in-house and law firm experience
• Hands-on patent and trademark prosecution, docketing and portfolio maintenance
• Working knowledge of copyright administration and trade secret protection
• Experience managing outside counsel billing, budgets and guidelines
• Highly organized with exacting attention to detail across concurrent deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication with counsel and stakeholders
• Discretion and sound judgment with confidential and privileged material
