Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT help desk and systems administration, ideally in a fast-growing startup
• Experience with macOS and Google Workspace
• Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, ideally Okta Workflows
• Experience using AI coding tools and scripting languages like Bash or Python
• Familiarity with MDM like Jamf or Intune is a plus
• Methodical approach to root-cause troubleshooting and strong interest in automating repetitive tasks
