Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience
• Experience designing enterprise, consumer, or prosumer products
• Deep knowledge of enterprise software including org and seat management, permissions, privacy, security, and compliance
• Experience designing non-deterministic tools used by large workplace cohorts
• Comfortable with both 0→1 product design and large-scale optimization
• Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills
• Excellent communicator with team members and users
• Comfort prototyping or coding ideas
