• 6+ years as analytics engineer, data engineer, data scientist or related role
• Deep SQL expertise across correctness, performance, joins and grain
• Strong data modeling with dbt, dimensional modeling and testing
• Built, maintained and debugged production data pipelines
• Warehouse management across permissions, performance and cost
• Governance mindset around ownership, privacy, retention and auditability
• AI-native working style using AI for development and automation
• Stakeholder fluency turning messy needs into trusted data assets
