Requirements

• 6+ years in data science, analytics engineering, data engineering, or related role
• Deep SQL and analytics judgment across metrics, experiments, and data models
• Strong product sense with ability to turn prototypes into adopted products
• Hands-on experience building with frontier models, agents, RAG, evals, or AI workflows
• Fluency with pipelines, dbt, warehouse schemas, and data quality tradeoffs
• Builder mentality with fast shipping, quality measurement, and iteration
• Ability to work autonomously to define roadmap and execute as a new function
