Requirements

• 6+ years in data science, analytics engineering, data engineering or related role
• Deep SQL and analytics judgment across metrics, experiments and data models
• Strong product sense for turning prototypes into adoptable workflows
• Hands-on experience building with frontier models, agents, RAG, evals or AI workflows
• Fluency with pipelines, dbt, warehouse schemas and data quality tradeoffs
• Builder mentality with fast shipping, quality measurement and iteration
• Autonomy to help define roadmap for a new function
