Requirements

• 3+ years of professional mobile engineering experience shipping consumer apps at meaningful scale on Android
• Strong native skills in Kotlin/Jetpack Compose with willingness to flex across the stack
• Experience owning a full release cycle including rollouts, store review, and crash monitoring
• Strong execution shipping many experiments and product improvements in parallel
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation platforms like Eppo, Statsig, or Optimizely
• Comfort pulling, segmenting, and interpreting funnel data for data-informed decisions
• Strong product judgment translating user behavior into simple technical solutions
• Self-motivated ownership instincts with genuine interest in AI products
