Requirements

• 3+ years of professional mobile engineering experience shipping consumer apps at meaningful scale on Android
• Strong native skills in Kotlin/Jetpack Compose with willingness to flex across the stack
• Experience owning a full release cycle including phased rollouts, store review and crash monitoring
• Strong execution shipping many experiments and product improvements in parallel
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation platforms like Eppo, Statsig or Optimizely
• Comfort with data-informed decision-making and funnel analysis
• Strong product judgment translating user behavior into simple technical solutions
• Self-motivated ownership with strong bias to propose and ship without permission
• Genuine interest and adoption of AI products and willingness to learn quickly
