Requirements

• 6+ years professional software engineering experience building AI-powered, large-scale products
• Strong fundamentals building and operating backend services or distributed systems at scale
• Experience owning AI product lifecycle from evaluation to production monitoring and iteration
• Practical experience with agent harnesses, tool use, context engineering, or long-running tasks
• Strong product judgment translating ambiguous user needs into shipped solutions with measurable impact
