Requirements

• 4+ years building and operating production backend, platform, or distributed systems
• Track record owning complex production systems end-to-end with sustained cross-team impact
• Ability to set technical direction and raise bar via design reviews and mentorship
• Strong software engineering skills in Python, Go, Rust, C++, Java or similar
• Experience across 2+ infrastructure domains like cloud, Kubernetes, storage or networking
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems quickly and drive incidents to durable resolution
