Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on in offensive security, red teaming, or penetration testing
• Deep expertise in at least two: cloud, web/API, Kubernetes/containers, endpoint, network, or CI/CD security
• Track record discovering impactful vulnerabilities or novel attack techniques in production
• Strong programming/scripting in Python, Go or similar; builds custom tooling and exploits
• Experience with offensive tools like Burp Suite, Cobalt Strike/Sliver/Mythic, Metasploit, BloodHound, nuclei and beyond
• Excellent communication translating complex findings into clear risk narratives
• Experience assessing AI/ML systems, LLM apps, or agentic workflows
